Wesgroup Site
The Petro-Canada gas station has been demolished and the development will likely be low-rise buildings facing Ash Park, a residential tower up to 285 ft on Cambie, and up to 6 storeys on Marine.
In April 2011 MARA (Marpole Area Residents' Alliance, precursor to Marpole Matters) invited the neighbourhood surrounding the intersection of Marine Drive and Cambie Street to participate in a survey.
