George Pearson Centre Dogwood Lodge
Vancouver Coastal Health owns this site, home to 120 residents requiring high levels of complex care and 113 frail seniors. VCH needs to rebuild the site to meet the current and future health care needs of the community, and it is likely that the YMCA will occupy part of this area.
