Marine Gateway
This transit orientated complex includes two residential towers (35 & 26 storeys), an 11 screen movie theatre, a 15 storey office tower, shops, neighbourhood plazas and underground parking. Construction to begin in 2012.

In April 2011 MARA (Marpole Area Residents' Alliance, precursor to Marpole Matters) invited the neighbourhood surrounding the intersection of Marine Drive and Cambie Street to participate in a survey.
