26 SW Marine Drive is being developed for large format retail that will include Canadian Tire, Mark's, Marshalls, Best Buy, Sportchek and restaurants. The 1940's Chrysler Building facade and lawn will be preserved and is listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register.
